Brought my 2009 smart for two convertible in for an oil change, routine maintenance, and a rough drive. I mentioned that the rear latch was broken, but could be opened with a thin wire. The back access is needed to add oil to the car. Well, the part must have gotten worse as a wire wouldn’t open the back. The mechanics at Monroe Foreign Auto spent a lot of time trying to get eat there her back open. I came to see if I had any suggestions. They were so positive when I’m sure that they were frustrated. They were able to bypass the latch and use the electrical system to open the back. They were able to change the oil and fix the rough ride for a fair price in a timely manner. Great service and a positive experience, I recommend them for all your foreign auto needs.
