The customer service was excellent — Will was knowledgeable and professional, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and went above and beyond to address my concerns. He provided me with a full diagnostic report with photos and a detailed explanation of the issues that still needed to be addressed, but were not yet urgent. Honest and reliable service from a small business — couldn't recommend this place more!

Ordered some parts from foreign auto and they had good quality OEM parts for the same or cheaper then most online shops and the order time was fast and convenient getting it ordered with them and best for last great customer service and good team definitely would recommend working with foreign auto

Will was great to work with. Very fair price for front and rear brake pads and rotors on my 2018 Audu SQ5. We have a very busy schedule and he was able to get me in and taken care of. Greatly appreciated! Great work! We've taken my sons 2016 VW GTI there as well as our Toyota Tacoma. It's nice to have a reliable shop close by and not have to pay the high prices at the dealerships! 👍

I have taken my Jetta here for years and now additionally my daughter’s PT Cruiser. I have never left disappointed. They are great at explaining what they are doing and why and are even pretty accurate on when they will have it done, which is kind of amazing considering how busy they are. It’s nice having them down the street.
