  • Removed engine accessories, valve cover, timing cover and cylinder head. Sent head to machine shop for valve grind, seat replacement and resurfacing. Bored out head bolt holes and installed time-certs. Reinstalled cylinder head with new gasket, bolts, and washers. Replaced timing chains, guides and tensioner. Reinstalled timing cover. Reinstalled valve cover with new gasket. Installed new water pump. Removed and replaced thermostat. Replaced PCV valve, air filter, oil flter and serpentine belt. Refilled fluids and test drove. Tests good
  • Resurfaced head, ground valves and replaced valve seats.
  • Check under carriage, brakes, exhaust, steering and suspension, tires, visual inspection of engine for possible problems in the future.
