This was my second visit to Monroe Foreign Auto, will definitely not be my cars last visit there. Both visits I left without feeling like I was upsold on something I didn’t need. Actually just the opposite, I sent them a list of things I wanted them to look into on my car, they took the time to send me a listing of the cost to do each of the items, then called me afterwards to review the list and discuss what would be worth doing now and what can be put off till a later time. One topic concerning Differential oil they logged into BMW’s site to inform when the last service was performed. This is truly in my opinion customer service. Seriously appreciate the service you provide. I’ve already recommended you to a few co-worker. Thank you, Lance Aubry

Super awesome people. They are very communicative and honest. They tell you exactly what needs to be done and what it will cost. You choose what you want done and don’t before they do it. Super upfront and transparent process. Will is very nice and helpful and doesn’t make you feel stupid for needing things explained.

MFA was professional, courteous, and communicative through the whole process. They told me exactly what was wrong and didn’t try to push any extra work on me. They partner with AAA so I was able to use the service to get my car to the shop and apply the discount to the work. I’ll be bringing my car back here when it needs work again.
