A+ service all the way around. I've been there twice now and I'm not going anywhere else. - The guy and lady working the front desk were great to work with and helped me with a fender bender for free. - The mechanic walked me through options before I made a decision. - The turnaround time was within a day. Other shops were 2 weeks out. - Communication through text was great while I was at work and giving me updates on when my car would be available. I was nervous walking in because it's hard to find a good mechanic or shop. Every step of the way they helped me. I highly recommend them and checking them out first.

Took my Audi Q5 in because I feared there was a problem with my valve covers or an oil leak somewhere as well as various services. Car went in two days before NYE. Got the car back five days later. My Jetta MK IV had an oil cooler/filter gallery failure up at Steven’s Pass ski area. I called for towing to flatbed my car back to civilization in Monroe, WA. My wife who wasn’t with me, got online and found this shop with excellent reviews about quality and fairness in pricing. In this case, the Internet wasn’t wrong! This company was open to having the car dropped off even though there appointment books said “ very busy” and for good reason. We arrived at the shop and Will was behind the desk working late to wrap up some paperwork. He dropped everything and welcomed us in. They got to the diagnostics with a day or two and prepared a quote all via email/text. The price was fair and the quality of the work has proven great.
