Five stars for MFA, their diagnosis was spot on and they cared enough about me as a first time customer to give me good advice and not go through with a costly repair when they figured out the extent of my car's problem. They could have milked my situation, they chose to help me the customer. I appreciate that!

Brought in my '24 Mustang Mach E GT to have a hitch installed. They were super communicative during the process and installed the hitch perfectly and flawlessly.

I live in Bellingham and my check engine light came on one early morning as I first got onto Hwy 2. I called the first foreign auto shop I could find and fortunately Cristina picked up the phone at 8 am sharp. After a quick chat with her about what the problem may be as I was driving with my hazards on, I decided to use the last of my cars power to get to their shop rather than risk driving to Gold Bar. They worked me into their busy schedule that day and the next. They even kindly gave me a ride so I was able to get to work on time. I couldnt afford a more expensive part that I technically didnt need to make it back home, but they were thorough and estimated everything, and even attempted to find the expensive part less expensively through another supplier. I was able to pick the vehicle up after hours and all went well on the long drive home. Great service, highly recommend.

They were very friendly, up front, and were able to diagnose and fix our Santa Fe quickly. Greatly appreciate their ability to accommodate our difficult work schedules to drop off and pick up the car.
