New Location

DEAR MONROE FOREIGN AUTO CUSTOMERS: After 36 years of your loyal support we have outgrown our location and shop! We will be transitioning to a new location, just across HWY 2, behind Taco Bell. This allows us to improve your service experience on several levels. We'll be in transition over the next couple of weeks and will inform those of you on our mailing list with updates as they occur.

Linda said the customer service is very courteous and pleasant. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and they answer questions. The waiting room could have more comfortable chairs, or been brighter.

First time using this shop. They worked on our car, diagnosed it, called with an estimate, and did the repair very timely. They recommended repairs that would have cost more money down the road instead of waiting to make more money later. The water pump went out, and the to.ing belt had to be removed to get to the pump. I knew it was almost time to fix. When they called with estimate, recommended changing it out because we already were paying labor. No extra charge but the price of the belt. Will definately go back. Mike was great.

I count on Monroe foreign Auto for my vehicle's maintenance issues. I have never been disappointed with the professional service, friendly helpful atmosphere. These guys are great!

We were towed in after an out-of-the-blue electrical problem stranded us on the freeway. Mike quickly got our car into the shop and the verdict was a bad alternator. But a suitable, quality replacement alternator would not be available until morning--so Mike arranged for a rental so my wife and I could continue our trip over the pass. We had an enjoyable trip, and the car was ready as promised when we returned two days later. Pleased with the service we received. Thanks again!

I picked this place from reviews on Yelp, and am very happy with Michael there. He has had lots of experience with Subaru (mine is a 2008 Forester) and reassured me that my car will be running fine for another 185K miles when he is done fixing it. I just got it back tonight, but the whole process was very smooth and in fact because I work in Issaquah, I never even met him. But my gut tells me I found a good one.
