I had my car towed here over the weekend when it broke down. I called them Monday morning when they open. I told them what was going on with it, and before I could finish, he told me he wouldn’t work on it because it was diesel. Car in question is a 2002 VW beetle TDI. Not sure they realize, but a least of quarter of German cars are diesel. Every single foreign repair shop in the area works on diesel cars. They told me to tow it back out of there. So I had to call a tow truck all over again and I had it towed to the shop I always go to, Z sport euro in everett. They work on diesel cars and have people who know what they’re doing. I didn’t feel the need to get mad over the phone, it wasn’t going to help anything, they weren’t rude either. I’m just dumbfounded I was told that. Maybe hire someone who can do that? You’re losing money by not working on diesel cars.
Hello Sebatian, I understand your frustration and apologize that we were not able to help you with your beetle TDI In some cases it's actually a better outcome for our customers if we help them find another shop that is better equipped to work on their car. We don't like to turn away work but feel that we owe it to our customers to help them find the best outcome for their vehicle. Please give me a call; I'd like to help out with some of your towing expense
