Monroe European Auto Repair

My serpentine belt broke and AAA recommended Monroe Foreign Auto. While I was waiting to be towed, someone from the Fire Department stopped and asked if I was okay. He had just had some work done on his own vehicle at Monroe Foreign Auto and highly recommended them. He was right. Excellent service. I had been getting oil changes at one of those quick service places and was never told that the serpentine belt needed to be replaced. I am now getting my oil changed at Monroe Foreign Auto. I recently had my headlights buffed for better visibility and a new battery. Great service. I am not a good judge on price but seemed reasonable to me and the oil change was actually less than where I was going.

Leroy said the staff does very good work, and they pay attention to their customers, so that's where he'll go. They're exceptionally good at what they do. In this day and age, there's not very many good folks out there to do business with and this place is. So he really appreciates that. They're very very good and trustworthy and reasonable. They do what he wants, so that's nice.

Andy said they give good quality service. They call back right away to let him know the problem, and the staff quickly gets on it.

Michelle said the business was friendly and they were prompt. They did a good job and all for a fair price.

Scott said he would recommend this business for service.

Thanks again Mike for doing all you could to help me out and finding the best long term solution to my problem. I'm still kicking myself for not getting the car into you guys at the first sign of rough engine idle. Lesson learned. Also appreciate you insisting on the 500 mile re-check.

Mike The Scheduler (?) Thanks for getting us in so early and soon. Inside door latch on her Acura broke. Couldn't get out!! These guys got the Acura in, called 3 hours later, "come and get it". Magician Mechanic made hard to get part outta the odds and end drawer. Clean shop, honest family guys & gals. Waddaya want? Next breakdown... Monroe Foreign Auto!
