Shawn said Mike was friendly and extremely service-oriented. Mike took the time to answer all his questions. The staff, in general, went the extra mile over even the simplest of requests.
Work done was nothing more than what was needed. No call half way through the day telling me they found something else needing repair or replacement. Would have rated 5 stars if open later and/or weekends.
