Again I had to take my old Dodge to this repair shop, indeed they did the same good job again , Josh explained me the way they did it. I’m recommending this shop repair to everyone. Good management.

For the first time in long time I FOUND FINNALY a good and honest repair shop. Josh the manager and Aaron took care of my SUV, and it was fast. Power steering pump replaced. Price wa a lot better than the Dodge dealership. I recommend this place in Monroe. It is safe from all points of view.

Pros: They got me in within 24 hrs of my initial call. Replaced the bad pump within 36 hrs of initial call. The car was already diagnosed so i knew it needed the inverter water pump. I was told on my initial call it would be 445 out the door. Cons: I was charged a diagnostic fee of 175.04. Charged 682 for the repair. Total charges 885. When I asked why the cost doubled from the previous day there was no coherent answer. That is the very definition of click bait. Told its one price, bring it in and being charged another price. I was backed into a corner from the get go being charged for a second diagnostic fee. Couldn't afford that and repairs at the dealership both. Next time I'll go straight to the dealership.

Hello Amy, I do apologize for the process in communicating the cost to repair your car. When you first came in, it was for the engine water pump because that is what Goodyear had recommended when you had taken your vehicle there for your inspection. Since there was large uncertainty regarding the required repair for your vehicle, you and I both decided it would have been best to properly diagnose the vehicle since your car has more than one water pump for each cooling system on the vehicle. I have had two recent positive experiences with with Monroe Foreign Auto, and would gladly recommend them to anyone! Great communication & reasonable prices. They showed a lot of generosity when they discovered irreparable engine damage on a Mitsubishi truck I asked them to look at for a no-start issue. They would have been justified in charging me for more than they did in the end, but they were sympathetic with my situation. Most recently, they did a pre-purchase inspection for me on a 2000s Subaru Outback. I got a very comprehensive report, including input on which items were high-priority work versus preventative maintenance. Thanks Chris, Josh, and all the techs who took a look at my cars!
