Needed some work done with a time crunch and these guys did a great job! This is my go-to place for my VW!

Update November 2021: I recently got into an accident about 6 weeks ago or so that I ran over a median and I believe I cracked the oil pan and drained the engine, killing the engine and I had to have it towed back home. Monroe Foreign Auto looked at it a few days later and got back to me telling me that the entire engine needed to be replaced, which costs about as much as my car was worth. I decided to not have it done and just sell the car for what I could get for it with a non-functioning engine. Sold the car, and just recently heard back that the new owner of the car got the car running without a new engine. I don’t have that car anymore that didn’t even need a new engine because of Monroe Foreign Auto.

I was Having Issues with my 2006 Volvo XC90, it was telling me that their was Low Oil Pressure and not to drive it. I am a single mother of 3 Children under the age of 5 and I was in a horrible spot because we rely on my car. I am also new to the Monroe area I have only lived here about 5 Months now. I immediatly started calling around and trying to find someone who would look at my car for a reasonable price, and who would not try to scam me because I am a women who honestly has no idea when it comes to anything with a car other then how to drive it. The first place I called tried to do just that tho, I told him what was wrong and he immediatly told me a needed a new engine without even looking at the car. So I said nope not going their and the very next number I called was Monroe Foreign Auto. I am so happy I found these guys, I talked to Jason first he was very nice and explained everything in detail to me, and answered all the questions I had. When my car arrived their they called me to tell me it was their and give me and estimated time for when they may know what was going on, They called me within an hour to give me the details and what was found. we talked about that. They quoted me and amazing price I was so relieved and then they had me back on the road by noon the next day.

My wife's car broke down 350 miles from home. Brian and his employees took the car without hesitation and it turned out to be the high pressure fuel pump. Additionally the in tank pump was showing under pressure as well (yes there are 2 pumps on a 2012 VW CC) After removing the tank pump it was discovered that the tank pump was in fact ok so they put it back in NO CHARGE for labor. These guys are stellar and honest I would not hesitate to use them anytime!!!

Super fast and very accommodating (I needed oil kept and stored for an analysis and keep the oil filter to inspect). Also a very fair price. I appreciated the communication and engagement to understand what I needed as a customer. Glad to find a solid shop!

I've been using this mechanic's shop for a few years now. They are the BEST!! They have awesome prices and GREAT mechanics! They will actually only do what is necessary and what you have authorized. They will get your work done quickly and correctly. They almost always throw in some little extras that they don't charge for. We are truly blessed to have these folks in our neighborhood. If you are having any car issues, these are the best folks you can go to, bar none!!!
