• Picked car up from Les Schwab and test drove, but could not duplicate customers concerns. Checked coolant level. Inspected cooling system for leaks. Checked for proper operation of electric cooling fans. Suspect that thermostat may be intermittently failing to open.
• Check under carriage, brakes, exhaust, steering and suspension, tires, visual inspection of engine for possible problems in the future.
• Drained coolant. Removed and replaced thermostat, gasket and coolant temp sensor. Refilled coolant and test drive. Tests good!
• Drain and refill engine oil. Remove and replace oil filter. Check fluid levels as required. Inspect tires and adjust pressure as required. Check all exterior lights for proper operation. Visual inspection of engine compartment and undercarriage.
