Mileage 50,971 Service Date 1/18/2019 Services Performed Brought into shop and checked for faults. Found 150059 fuel rail /system pressure. 15101 MAP/MAF throttle position correlation. 15316 MAP/MAF Correlation 15093 air intake leak. Inspected air intake piping and duct work. Smoke tested entire system (component by component) found intake boot at turbo leaking. Cleaned intake boot and tube on turbo. Added a small amount silicone to components and reassembled. Replaced clamp on lower intake hose under right front too. Cleared faults, customer to drive and monitor Check under carriage, brakes, exhaust, steering and suspension, tires, visual inspection of engine for possible problems in the future. Mileage 171,256 Service Date 1/15/2019 Services Performed Brought into shop and checked for faults. Found P0420 cat efficiency, P0301 misfire cylinder 1 and P0731 gear 1 incorrect ratio. Test ran while monitoring fuel pressures. Performed backpressure tests on cats and found rear cat is plugged and front cat seems to be empty as is if it failed and the contents clogged the rear. Both cats need to be replaced before it will be known if further troubleshooting is required for misfire and trans faults. Check under carriage, brakes, exhaust, steering and suspension, tires, visual inspection of engine for possible problems in the future. Ernie B. gave our service a 5 star review on
