Dianna said the service provided by this business was fine. An employee washed her vehicle at the end of the day to be ready for pick up the next morning. When she arrived, the entire thing was frozen all the way down to the motor. She could not really fault anyone for the weather.

From the first phone call I made to ask for an appointment all the way through the service I found great communication and wonderful service. I waited for my vehicle to be serviced and heard other customers checking out and it was clear to me that they had not listened carefully on the phone when services were explained to them -thus check out seemed a surprise to them Mike, the manager handled them tactfully and respectfully. My own service results reported some future services needed. I realize that my vehicle is 10 years old and am happy to know that the service is till in the future. Thus, I can save money to have it performed at a later date. Monroe Foreign Auto is very helpful and I will happily recommend them to others.
