Quick and to the point. Fixed my car asap. Took them a few days to have time for me to get my car in but once they got it they were fast. We droped it off thursday morning got it back Friday around noon. Needed a whole new front axle. They even fixed our clicker for free for us. They didnt ramble on a list of bs that needs to be fixed like most places do to try and sqeeze that extra money from you. Just fixed your problem heres your car thanks. First time coming here but will definitely be comeing back.

I was nervous about taking our car to a new mechanic, but we needed to find someone closer than Bellevue. I am so happy we took a chance with Monroe Foreign Auto. Our car broke down recently at the worst possible time as my husband was completely swamped at work. The whole task fell to me to resolve and I am fairly clueless in this department. We got great customer service from Mike who cheerfully and patiently answered all my questions until I understood what the problems and solutions were enough to relay the info to my husband. He even went so far as to offer pictures of the damage when I called again with more questions. (Very very helpful!) I found Monroe Foreign Auto to be competent, transparent and completely trustworthy. I highly recommend them. We won't be going anywhere else.
