Monroe Foreign Auto is essentially a diamond in the rough......not too big or busy for it's owner or manager to speak with customers one on one. This auto repair facility is honest. We have a couple of Subaru vehicles which were built in Japan for the Japanese domestic market. Parts for these are not easily acquired in the US. Monroe Foreign Auto has a working knowledge of these vehicles and outsources to locate repair parts. They are accountable, their work is good, we trust them with our families' vehicles.

Gary said the staff were held up getting parts for his vehicle due to the weather. He needed a part, and stated he felt they tried to up-sell him a bit. He's known Chad for years, and the Volkswagen mechanic knew what he was doing. The work they did was fine, he just didn't like being up-sold.
