Mike handled my problem, replacing a dead battery that AAA's emergency roadside service somehow couldn't replace in a timely manner (3 days --- c'mon?). One call and he immediately jumped started my car, drove it to his garage, and had it 100% ready in a couple of hours with a new battery installed.
